Shoes Please return all items, including the dust bag and box. When you try them on, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. Bags & Accessories All designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. Repeated returns We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, customers returning items repeatedly may be refused at our discretion.There will be no additional fees when shopping at casualclothing.dk.
The amount will be withdrawn from your payment card, when your order is shipped from casualclothing.dk. You will never pay more than what you agreed to when you made the purchase.
Return policy
You have a 14 day right of cancellation when you shop at casualclothing.dk. Your right of cancellation is activated the day you receive your order.

B) been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair; or

D) deteriorated through normal wear and tear, after delivery by us, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and charge this to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when

Your only expense when returning a product is the price of postage.
You must enclose a copy of your order confirmation. It is not a demand, but the expedition will be faster if you fill out the note enclosed to inform us why you wish to return the order. Is it a refund, a different size or another model?

Warranty
When shopping at casualclothing.dk customers have a 24 month warranty. Depending on the matter, this includes a refund, repairs, an exchange, or having a purchase repaired.
You must address your complaint within reasonable time. A two month period will always be considered a reasonable period of time.

You don't need an account to complete a purchase.
For your security, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.
2.2 Sizing Information
We recommend that you refer to the Size Guide and the sizing chart on the product page to help you choose the best size. The customer care team is available to offer expert advice on sizing - simply email weborder@casualclothing.dk If you are not entirely happy with the size you have purchased, simply exchange it for a different one. 2.3 Seasonal Sales
Casual Clothing holds seasonal sales twice a year. You can be notified as soon as our sale starts and of further reductions here by signing up to our Newsletter.
2.4 Sale price adjustment policy
We offer a price adjustment on items purchased up to seven days prior to the commencement date of a seasonal sale. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. All approved price changes will be credited to your Casual Clothing account in the form of a store credit which will be valid for 12 months
Please note, we are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale where a further reduction has been applied or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.

4.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment cards:

* When selecting paypal before checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Casual Clothing website.
Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch. To meet the highest levels of security and confidence when you shop online, we have implemented Mastercard Secure and Verified by VISA, when you pay with these two types of payment cards.
4.2 Taxes
Customers inside EU pay Danish VAT. Customers outside EU do not pay Danish VAT. The Danish VAT will be subtracted in the check-out phase. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be the local destination country.
5.1 Shipping Fees
Shipping fee for Denmark is either free or 49,- DKK We ship using Post Danmark. The shipment is insured and you will receive a tracking number by e-mail so that you can track your order at all times. Delivery time is 2-3 working days.
Shipping fee to all EU countries, Norway and Schweitzerland is 9€ similar to 11 USD
Shipping fee to Japan, China, Korea, New Zealand, Russia and USA is 14€ similar to 18 USD
Shipping to The Rest of The World is 25€ similar to 31 USD
5.2 Exchanges
Casual Clothing accepts full exchanges and refunds for all articles purchased online via the Casual Clothing webshop. There is no charge for exchanging items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for items returned by the customer. If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Casual Clothing. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers

You can buy a gift card online and use it online also. The gift card will be emailed to you with a including a unique code you need to use, when you place an order, and wish to pay with your giftcard. You can save part of the gift card if you do not redeem the full value in your first purchase. You can also use your gift card in our store in Copenhagen. Gift cards bought in the shop in Copenhagen, can also be redeemed online. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash
