The company is today run by CEO and President Andrea Dini, the third generation of the family. From start to finish, every aspect of each product is made in Italy.

Founded in 1921, the company was originally a knitting mill producing garments and trading under its own name. The Paul and Shark brand developed in the mid 1970s, specifically to develop sportswear for men.
